Join the Everlong Fitness Challenge, focusing on metabolic health.

Unlike other challenges, our challenge is built for success. Small, focused changes are more likely to stick and stand the test of time. This is why we have included only 3 steps during this 6 week challenge. They include:

  1. Nutrition: eliminate fructose and other sugars.

  2. Timed Eating: eating window between 8-12 hours in a 24 hour period.

  3. Wellness: at least 10 minutes of movement/exercise per day.

That’s it. So whether you’re just beginning your health and fitness journey or you are a seasoned athlete, this challenge has something important to offer. Register on your app through online programs.
