Partner Workout (KB + BW)
š Warm-Up (10 min)
Partner warm-up (2 rounds):
10 Med-Ball or Air-Squat Partner Touches
10 Alternating KB Deadlifts
10 Jumping Lunges
10 Sit-ups w/ med ball
PREP- KB DEADLIFT: Review the stance, KB pathway, and open hips at the top.
šļøāāļø Workout ā Partner Chipper For Time (25-min cap)
(Every 4 minutes, both partners have to stop and complete 16 KB synchronized deadlifts)
Split Reps As Needed
60 KB Goblet Squats
50 Push-ups
40 KB Swings
30 Sit-ups
20 Burpees (sync)
Shuttle Sprints (6x100 as a Team)
