CHAD 1000 Box Step-ups for time


1000 Box Step-ups For Time with (or without!) a weighted vest.

Scaling options are as follows.

  • Grab a partner and split the 1000 reps

  • Pick a time limit and complete as many reps as possible (with a partner or by yourself)

  • Use whatever you want to step up. Boxes, plates, whatever gets you to a height you're comfortable with.
