Warm-Up:
3 Rounds – 30s each: Jumping Jacks, Air Squats, Push-Ups, Plank Hold
Strength:
5x10 DB Goblet Squats (tempo: 3 sec down, 2 sec pause at bottom)
Workout – AMRAP 20 (You go, I go):
10 DB Thrusters (each, 25–40 lb)
10 Burpees
10 Sit ups
200m Run (together)
💡 One partner completes a full round while the other rests.

Couch stretch + chest opener
